Active Meditation Courses

Discover the powerful world of Active Meditation – a movement-oriented practice that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. Unlike traditional sitting meditation, it invites you to immerse yourself in a meditative state through movement, breath, expression, stillness, and the use of sound.

The method is ideal for releasing deep-seated tensions, releasing suppressed emotions, and reducing stress. At the same time, it opens up space for joy and lightness.

This form of meditation is particularly suitable for people who have difficulty meditating in complete silence. It offers a dynamic way to connect with one's own body.

 

No prior knowledge is necessary for my meditation courses - just a willingness to fully engage. You'll experience a relaxed atmosphere and discover the transformative power of active meditation under supportive guidance.

The courses typically last 90 minutes and are held in a group setting. However, upon request, I also offer customized sessions for companies, events, and individuals.
